Annie Ventura

Yoga Teacher

For more than a decade, my own yoga practice has been a source of balance and grounding in my life, so completing my teacher training felt like a natural next step in sharing that with others. For me, yoga has allowed me to create harmony among my body, mind, and spirit, and I'm excited to help guide and support others in doing the same. I love being able to create both a fun and grounding environment where people can connect and grow, and I hope that each class leaves students feeling inspired and empowered.
